We didn't start hitting until the seventh where we had 6 out of 7 in a row got hits and we scored 6 of our 8 runs. We had a few errors but they were hitting base hits very consistantly. We had nine players, but it did not seem to effect our defense. If we had won we could have knocked Cheers out of first place. They ended up in a tie for first. Kohlmetz got his second hit in 4 games, while on a 2-14 slump, dropping his average from .551 to .391.
